About · The Arcade

Built by someone who
actually ran the floor.

Grit Board didn't come out of a product brainstorm. It came off a sales floor — built by a leader who spent his whole career turning the grind into a game.

A career sales leader who has worked every rung of the SaaS and telecom sales ladder — from cold telemarketing dials to leading mid-market and enterprise sales teams. The whole way up, one habit stuck: he kept turning the work into a game.

The origin

Where Grit Board came from.

For years, Tyler led sales teams — SDRs, account executives, mid-market and enterprise reps — and across all of it, one instinct never changed: he was always turning the work into a game. Spiffs, brackets, side bets, made-up leaderboards on a whiteboard. Anything to keep a team energized and chasing the number.

The good ones worked shockingly well. The problem was where they lived: in spreadsheets and dry-erase markers, rebuilt from scratch every Monday, and quietly abandoned the moment things got busy.

Grit Board is those games, made permanent. The same instinct that kept his floors fired up — turned into a product any sales leader can run without reinventing it every week.

The rules

We don't tax you
for growing your team.

Every other tool in this category charges per seat — roughly $30 to $65 per rep, every month, usually gated behind a sales call. Add players, pay more. Run a contest for the whole floor, pay for the whole floor.

That always felt backwards. Games are better with more players, not worse. So Grit Board is flat: one price per band, every rep on your team included, no per-seat meter running in the background.

You're never punished for putting one more person on the board.

Put your team on the board.

See the games, then see the pricing — flat, no sales call.
