Heads up: until our App Marketplace listing goes live, HubSpot shows a one-time confirmation screen for apps it hasn’t listed yet. Same standard OAuth, same read-only scopes — click through and you’re connected.

Connect with OAuth in minutes: sign in as (or with) your Salesforce admin, approve the two read-only scopes, and review a mapping preview built from your reps’ real numbers before anything scores. Read-only SOQL, every 6 hours.

Heads up: the approval screen carries Salesforce’s standard security banner for apps not yet on the AppExchange. Your admin can vet everything first: the Salesforce admin guide lists exactly what we read, the scopes, and how to revoke.

02How the sync behaves

  • Read-only We never write to your CRM. No field updates, no record creation, no deletes — every request Grit Board makes is a read.
  • Mapping review Nothing counts until you approve it. Before the first sync you see a preview built from your reps’ actual numbers — you confirm the mapping, then it scores.
  • Every 6 hours Boards refresh on an automatic 6-hour sync, plus a SYNC NOW button when you want the board current before the huddle.
  • Revoke anytime Disconnect inside Grit Board and the access tokens are deleted. Revoke from the CRM side and your boards keep the last good season — flagged loudly, never silently stale.
  • Your workspace only Every customer’s data is isolated to their own workspace, and tokens are stored encrypted by our OAuth infrastructure.
